Refund policy

Every Flyrized poster is printed to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Damaged or misprinted? If your order arrives damaged, bent, or printed incorrectly, send us a photo on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. We'll reprint and reship it free of cost. You don't need to send the damaged item back. Custom prints are shared with you as a digital proof before printing. Once you approve the proof, the order can't be cancelled or returned, unless it arrives damaged. Cancellations: You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
